Life Innovation Driven by Advanced Computer Science

Ohue Laboratory at Science Tokyo (Institute of Science Tokyo) conducts research in bioinformatics to accelerate life innovation. Leveraging AI/machine learning, bigdata analysis, supercomputing, and large-scale simulations, the lab aims to drive innovation in life sciences, drug discovery, and healthcare.

Despite being a relatively young lab, we are actively engaged in various research activities supported by KAKENHI, JST, AMED, foundations, industry collaborations, and partnerships with local governments.
